Agilent Varian FRG-700 KF25 Active Full Range Pirani and Inverted Magnetron Gauge (FRG700KF25)
This Agilent Varian full range Gauge is a Pirani and Cold Cathode combination gauge design and can measure pressure from atmosphere to 7x10-9 Torr. It has a KF25 flange size.
They have a KF-25 vacuum flange fitting and are compatible to work with the following turbo systems:
Agilent Varian TPS-Compact
Agilent Varian MiniTasks 84FS
Agilent Varian 84FS and V304FS Rack Controllers
Agilent Varian 84FS and V304FS Navigator controllers
Agilent Varian FRG-700 Controllers.
This is a separate gauge ONLY but can also be purchased as a kit (as in the middle graphic above) to include, FRG 700 Gauge, cable, vacuum fittings, and connecting hardware.
