This Extension Cable is 5 Meters, Agilent Varian Part Number PN 9699940.

This Ideal Vacuum fan air cooling kit extension cable, 5 meters long, is used with the Agilent Varian TwisTorr turbomolecular vacuum pumps, connects to the TwisTorr cooling fan to the rack mount controller (see bottom graphic to the side). The fan cable plugs into J6 on the back of the rack mount controller.
